    重庆工业炉股份有限公司是重庆甲诚投资有限公司旗下三大产业之一：装配制造产业。公司成立于1958年，前身为久负盛名的重庆电炉厂，是国家重点支持发展的九家骨干工业炉厂家之一；重庆市九七年首批改制试点的股份制企业，全国热处理协会常务理事单位，全国电炉及工业炉行业协会常务理事单位，重庆市热处理协会副理事长单位。具有声名远播的拳头产品和华能品牌的文化传承，有成熟的设计与生产技术，有与时俱进的经营管理理念，有稳定的营销渠道，有满足生产的成套设备和生产场地，有热爱企业敢拼善搏的员工团队。2010年10月27日我公司作为重庆股份交易中心（重庆OTC）首批挂牌7家企业之一成功上市，这标志着重炉股份进入了新的发展阶段。

　　公司座落在风景秀丽的重庆市歌乐山矿山坡，公司固定资产1 .2亿元，公司现有职工180余人，其中工程技术人员数40余人；厂区面积56亩，生产办公及生活房屋建筑3.1万平方米，主要生产及检测设备150余（台套）；年产值1亿元左右。

　　从2008年伊始重炉公司通过与各大钢铁研究院合作，为中冶赛迪、北京钢研、中冶京诚、北京星合众工，天津恒兴，天津新宇等大型集团公司完成了30多条镀锌铝连续退火炉生产线，产值逾8000万元，产品精工制作、品质一流，得到业界专家高度认可。二〇〇八年六月，市科委将我司QDX系列25万吨镀铝锌退火炉生产线列为市重点新产品研发计划。

　　公司通过ISO9001:2008国际质量管理体系认证，公司设计制造安装了近万台非标及标准的工业热处理与冶金设备，是重庆乃至大西南屈指可数的行业领军企业。系列产品主要有：§QDX系列镀铝锌生产线；§RT全纤维台车炉；§RL系列铝合金淬火炉；§LF系列精炼炉、HXL系列电弧炼钢炉；§辊底式、推杆式、铸链式、滚筒式连续热处理生产线；§箱式、推钢式、环形、步进式加热炉；§井式回火、加热、渗碳炉/渗氮炉；§环保除尘设备。产品广泛用于高铁、机械、重工、航空航天、汽车、军工、冶金等大型设备制造业进行各种热处理及冶炼、熔炼、烘烤、除尘等用途。

Chongqing Industrial Furnace Company, Ltd, the well know former Chongqing electrical furnace factory, has a developing history of 50 years. It is the manufacturing base of electrical heating equipment in southwest China under the leadership of former Mechanical Industry Bauer, one of the nine key electrical furnace enterprises that government supported most.  With 50 years of culture and technology accumulation, the company now possesses mature design and manufacturing ability on industrial furnaces, the famous Huaneng brand industry furnace products, worldwide sale system, adequate equipment and manufacturing space, and the dedicated management and engineering team. The company is the standing committee unit of China Heat Treatment Industry Association, the deputy committee of China Industrial Furnace Association and Chongqing Heat Treatment Industry Association. The company has been honored as technical advanced unit by National Economy and Trade Committee, Notional Technology Committee and Chongqing city government. The company has been listed on Chongqing TOC Stock Exchange since October 27, 2010.

The company is located at Chongqing Geleshan Mountain with attractive surrounding. There are one district level R&D center, and five workshops and over 200 employees with 60 engineers and technicians in the factory, among them 6 specialist consultants and senior engineers, with strong technical development, product compatibility and management capacity. The factory covers an area of 50 mu, with manufacturing and living space 16 thousand square meters. The fixed assets and output value are about 100 million RMB respectively. 

The company contains ISO9001/2008 certificate, 5 national level product patents and a variety of special technology in heating system control of continuous galvanization production line, PLC auto control and temperature control for middle and low temperature heating equipment, nozzle application on forging heating furnace, and electrode auto control and energy saving on arc furnace, etc. Our registered trademark, the Huaneng brand products, have got national, ministry, city government rewards for many times on technical advance, energy saving and new developing, etc.
