天津市特钢精锻有限公司(以下简称特钢精锻公司)成立于2014年4月，由渤海钢铁集团有限公司出资4.8亿元建设，按照新型企业模式组建成立，公司注册资本1000万元。我们引进德国进口西马克米尔公司的径向-轴向碾环机，该设备采用目前世界最先进的全自动控制环形锻件轧制技术，可轧制最大直径10米或最大高度2.5米的环锻件，环锻件最大重量60吨。直径∅10m环锻件的精度可以达到±8~12mm。产品主要应用于工程机械、石化、风电、水电、核电、航空航天、造船等行业的环形锻件。 公司坚持“高效务实、精益求精、踏实进取”的企业精神，充分发挥先进的技术装备优势，为国内外用户提供大型高端精密环形锻件，以质量、环境与安全为宗旨，精心打造具有国际竞争力的企业。
Tianjin special steel precise forging co.,LTD (herein after referred to special steel precise forging company ) was established in April 2014, invested by Bohai Steel Group co., LTD according to the modern enterprise mode , the total investment capital is 480 million yuan and registered capital is 10 million yuan. Special steel precise forging company locates in Tianjin SERI Machinery Equipment co.,LTD(hereinafter referred to SERI company ) in Binhai Heavy Industrial Area Dongli District Tianjin, covers 570,000 square meters, and 155228.7 square meters for the plant area. The company locates the good position, where is convenient for large and super large parts’ water and land transportation. Radial-axial ring rolling machine uses the most advanced full automatic technology in the world, which can produce the ring, the maximum diameter is 10 meter, the maximum height is 2.5 meter, and the maximum weight is 80 tons for one piece. The ∅ 6-10 m ring’s precision can reach±8~20 mm. The ring for engineering machinery, petrochemical ,wind power, hydropower，aerospace, shipbuilding and other industries.
