宁波捷丰机械有限公司始建于2005年，现有厂房建筑40000平方米，占地面积55亩，是一家致力于各类锻造、冲压产品研发、制造、服务为一体的专业技术型企业，公司专业生产各类铁路车辆配件及汽车配件。
成立10余年来，捷丰机械始终坚持以自主创新、科技进步为发展宗旨，拥有专业的研发设计团队和产品生产线，在对传统产品不断升级改造的过程中，积累了丰富的铁路车辆、汽车配件锻造生产经验。公司现有J53-6300模锻型双盘摩擦压力机、JA53-1000C模锻型双盘摩擦压力机、EPC-400A电动螺旋压力机、EPC-630A电动螺旋压力机、Φ1000mm辊锻机等大中型锻压成型设备和完善的质量检测系统，使产品质量得到有力保障，能够承担各种型号锻造部件的产品研发和生产加工。
公司通过了ISO9001、IATF16949质量管理体系认证，取得国家级工业科学技术奖和安全生产规范证书，成为中国铁路总公司（原铁道部）车辆配件定点供应商，同时与中国中车集团及国内外多家知名汽车生产厂商建立了合作伙伴关系，销售网络覆盖北美、东南亚等国家和地区，深受业界、客户的推崇和好评。

Ningbo Jiefeng Machinery Co.,Ltd. was founded in 2005 ,integrated with the developing and producing of all types of forging and stamping products, and also services. And now, 40,000 square meters of existing plant covers an area of 55 acres.
JieFeng machinery adheres all along to the development tenet of independent innovation, scientific and technological progress. We also have a professional R & D design team and product line. In the upgrading process of traditional products, a wealth of railway experience in forging and producing parts of railway vehicles and of automotives has been accumulated. In recent years, our company has invested heavily in the introducting of World advanced sophisticated quality detection system and large and medium-sized forging equipment, such as J53-6300 vincent press, JA53-1000C vincent press, EPC-630A electric screw press,EPC-400A electric screw press and Φ 1000mm forge rolling machine. In this way, the quality of our products is effectively protected. Meanwhile, the R & D and the producing of various types of forging components are undertaken. forging hook-tail box, heavy truck steering knuckle and other product quality to peer advanced level.
